Mr. Harold H. Johnston,
75 Fulton Street,
New York, N.Y.
My dear Harold:
On this occasion celebrating the Forty-fifth Anniversary of
our company it is a real pleasure to write you a personal note of thanks
and appreciation for your contribution to the growth and prestige of the
business during the period of thirty-six years that you have been with us.
The fact that our business relation has extended over so many years is at
once a compliment to you and a source of satisfaction to me and all of us
that you liked us well enough to stay here for so long a time.
Out own personal friendship goes back nearly sixty years and it
is a treasured memory.
Wish best wishes for your future, I remain,
Very sincerely yours,
(Signed) Alfred M. Best,
President
